• Contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to generate designs depicting recognizable individuals without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Request designs that include trademarked logos, characters, or other protected content
• Contain hate speech, discriminatory content, or explicit material

PhoneCaseAI reserves the right to refuse processing any prompt that violates these guidelines or that we deem inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

The PhoneCaseAI service, including its technology, algorithms, website design, and logo, are the exclusive property of PhoneCaseAI. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The AI-generated designs created through our service are provided to you under a limited license for personal use on the phone case you order. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for commercial purposes beyond the phone case you purchase.

While you own the physical phone case you purchase, PhoneCaseAI retains rights to the digital design and may use it for promotional purposes, quality improvement, and service enhancement.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding prices or product descriptions.

Payment processing is handled securely through our payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the terms of the payment processor.

Since each phone case is custom-made to your specifications, we have a limited return policy. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for manufacturing defects only. If your case arrives damaged or with printing errors, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return or replacement.

We do not accept returns based on design preference or if you ordered the wrong phone model. Please ensure you select the correct phone model and case style before completing your purchase.

7. Product Quality and Compatibility

While we strive to provide high-quality products, the actual colors and appearance of your phone case may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and manufacturing processes.
