At PhoneCaseAI, we take pride in creating truly personalized phone cases using advanced AI technology. What makes your case special:
- Each design is uniquely generated based on your creative text prompts or voice descriptions
- Your case is manufactured on-demand specifically for you after you place your order
- Every case is precisely customized to fit your selected phone model and case style
- Your design is one-of-a-kind and not part of mass-produced inventory
Because of this personalized approach, each case is as unique as you are. This means they cannot be resold to other customers once manufactured, as they're specifically designed for your preferences and device.
3. 14-Day Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period for eligible returns, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, we ask that you:
- Contact our friendly customer service team within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Return the product in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
We're unable to accept returns initiated after the 14-day period unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Eligible Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we can accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: Products with printing errors, color discrepancies significantly different from the design preview, or structural defects
- Incorrect Product: If you received a phone case for a different model than what you ordered
- Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping (please report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or missing items
To help us process your return quickly, we may ask for photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We're unable to accept returns or provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Design Preference: Dissatisfaction with the design aesthetic when the product matches the preview shown before purchase
- Incorrect Model Selection: Ordering a case for the wrong phone model (we recommend double-checking your phone model before ordering)
- Buyer's Remorse: Simply changing your mind about the purchase
- Compatibility Issues: Issues with third-party accessories not manufactured by PhoneCaseAI
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage occurring through normal use after delivery
- Altered Products: Cases that have been modified, customized further, or damaged after delivery
Since each case is custom-manufactured based on your specific design choices and phone model, we're unable to resell returned items that don't have manufacturing defects.
6. Return Process
If you need to return your phone case, we've made the process as simple as possible:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a detailed description of the problem
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection, as we cannot process returns for items that are lost in transit without tracking information.
7. Refunds and Replacements
For eligible returns, you may choose one of the following remedies:
- Replacement: We'll manufacture and ship a replacement product at no additional cost
- Refund: We'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method
A few things to note about refunds:
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
8. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Follow the return process for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong model shipped, manufacturing defect), we'll expedite the production of your new order to get it to you as quickly as possible.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
For verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we'll cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or process a full refund including original shipping charges.
10. Legal Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In jurisdictions where certain warranty or return rights cannot be limited or excluded by law, this policy will be modified to comply with applicable regulations.
For customers in the European Union, this policy does not affect your right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as provided by EU consumer protection laws.
